lovely staff, comfy beds, nice food! shame about the plumbing!

the pluming it was just a eye watering smell the whole time we were in our room the toilet was letting off an Intense sewage smell that filled the room definitely wouldn’t be able the stay for more that one night

Unique and modern but not for everyone

The location is good, close to different shops and just a 15-20 min walk to Poema del Mar Aquarium. We got the room with balcony and sea view on the 7th floor and it had a fantastic view of the city and the harbor. The room had bathrobes and slippers, safety box, TV, and mini fridge as well. We got complimentary water bottles and biscuits. The best among them all was the huge bed! It was sooo comfortable and worth the room price! Everything is also accessible online- breakfast reservation, food menu, and other special requests. The reception is 24/7 and the buffet breakfast had a simple but good variety of dishes.

The bathroom floor is prone to leaking because the door is not fully sealed when closed. The mini fridge doesn't cool down that much and most of the TV channels are in spanish. Although we understand the unique design of the hotel, it gives off a gloomy vibe and the hallway is kinda dark to walk into.

Wonderful

I liked the location and closeness to cafes, restaurants etc. You can walk from the hotel to old town or take a bus. Breakfast was good, with selection of fruits, warm dishes etc. Very friendly staff.

If you are a light sleeper do not book a room with a beach-side view - the noise from the road is huge.

Nice rooftop bar and reasonably priced food, although we did not eat there

the big difference between advertising and reality

- very good position, right next to Playa de las Alcaravaneras and the port of the city - The station for public transport in the immediate vicinity, allows easy access to and from the airport or to the tourist destinations on the island

- The apparently futuristic, minimalist architectural style, on a predominantly metal structure, everything being at least gloomy, uninviting: the entrance hall to the hotel greets you only with a narrow wooden staircase that goes down to the basement, where the reception is are located and another ramp of wood that leads to the mezzanine, where is the elevator and a rather small and narrow space, with a few tables for serving breakfast; - Throughout the hotel, black prevails, everything that surrounds you is in color black-graphite: the walls and ceilings in the rooms, halls, the furniture, the tiles in the bathrooms, the narrow hallways with black walls, very dimly lit, so that an atmosphere is created gloomy; even in the large paintings on the walls, many of them quite beautiful, black backgrounds predominate; Dark rooms, the natural light being constructively obstructed by some colored plastic slats arranged on the outside along the entire length of the windows;in the rooms, the washbasin space is separated from the beds only by a narrow screen of transparent glass, thereby removing any possibility of privacy necessary for performing a body hygiene, without a towel holder or an electrical socket intended for the use of a razor, a hair curler or similar; - at breakfast, due to the small number of tables and the insufficient service staff, agglomeration is created at certain moments, the staying tourists having to wait at the entrance for a table to be released, cleared, sanitized and prepared; a single serving waiter, no matter how quickly he acted, at the peak breakfast time he could not cope, prepare the meals for the new arrivals or serve at the bar at the same time; - the products served at breakfast are quite good in quality but little diversified, repeated daily and served in rather small quantities, thus frequently requiring the intervention of tourists to request the waiter to refresh/feed them

A pleasant stay, but the hotel's communal areas are limited.

The staff during the breakfast service and the cleaning staff were extremely hard working and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The roof terrace offers good views.

The hotel rooms that don’t face the front or back are very dark. The hotel is still advertised as being new, but some of the communal areas are beginning to look a bit shabby. This is not helped by the fact that furniture and walls are dark.

It's a fair priced hotel. Nice roof terrace/ bar area. Good value breakfast

My particular room. Round the back had no window which made it claustrophobic. You had no idea of weather conditions till you left the hotel.

I would stay there again, felt comfortable.

Nice layout, good breakfast, well done.

The hallways were a bit too dark not enough lights. Same for the room: dark in the corners where you can hang your clothes. My room key often was not working which was a bit of a hassle .

Poor malfunctioning lighting in the halways combined with the pitch black decor. Anyone with epilepsy or poor vision should avoid. Only given 1 key card to operate the lift doors lights room ect, Everything runs off the key card. Switches are touch screen and awkward hard to use if visually impaired. Breakfast was very expensive and poor in variety and temp. Front door sensor is temperamental. It's not a bad hotel just a little frustrating like its trying to hard to be edgy.

Superb service, clean and friendly. Stylish interior and great breakfast.

Our room had next to no natural light (but we saw that on the pictures) yet it was still a bit uncomfortable to wake up. Just a minor point.
